TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Admission and Eligibility

  • Admission to the ACCA courses at Bright Academy is open to all eligible candidates.
  • Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the ACCA Global Body, for the respective levels.
  • Students are required to complete 10+2/ SEE(A-C) (in five separate subjects including mathematics and English), +2 at GCE/ VCE A level (Grades A-E), or Two A-Levels and three GCSEs or equivalent in five qualification.
  • Once a student has registered and paid for a course or examination session, the institution does not permit any transfers to a different course or examination session under any circumstances.

2. Course Structure

Level 1: Applied Knowledge
  • Allows students to develop a broad understanding of essential finance and accounting techniques.
Level 2: Applied Skills
  • The applied skills exams will test the students on their existing knowledge and understanding. It will also work towards the strong development of practical skills in students, that are part of the strategic professional accountant’s skillset.
Level 3: Strategic Professional
  • The strategic Professional exams make students ready for future leadership and to make an impact in the industry. It will allow them to develop their technical expertise, ethics and professional skills. Students are required to complete both Essential exams and choose two out of the four Options

3. Course Fees and Payment

  • The course fees for each level will be communicated during the admission process.
  • Payment can be made through the designated payment channels provided by Bright Academy.
  • Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, subject to the institute’s discretion.
  •  Students are responsible for arranging and paying all ACCA-related fees directly to ACCA. These fees include the first-year subscription fees, membership fees, and exam fees.

4. Attendance and Conduct

  • Regular attendance is mandatory for all students.
  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty members, and adhere to the code of conduct.
  • Any disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action.

5. Placement Assistance

  • Bright Academy offers placement assistance to students.
  • While placement is not guaranteed, the institute strives to connect students with relevant opportunities.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Bright Academy respects student’s privacy and ensures the confidentiality of personal information.
  • Data collected during the admission process will be used solely for academic purposes.

7. Visa Applications

  • Bright Academy does not provide assistance with any visa applications. It is the full responsibility of the student to ensure compliance with all visa requirements, including the timely submission of applications and the provision of any necessary documentation.

8. Disclaimer

  • Bright Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as needed.
  • Students are advised to regularly check the institute’s website for any changes.
